21+ Platform OnlyThese Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "you", "your") and rich1988 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the rich1988 website at rich1988.co and all associated gaming services. By registering an account, logging in, or placing a bet on the rich1988 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of the rich1988 platform. rich1988 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Age Restriction: The rich1988 platform is strictly for persons aged 21 years or older. Any person under the age of 21 is prohibited from registering, accessing, or participating in any gaming activity on this platform.

Each member is permitted one registered account on rich1988. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
All deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on rich1988 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Currency conversion charges are not applicable to MYR accounts.
All promotional bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal. Each promotion's individual terms govern the applicable rollover, game weighting, and validity period.
Any attempt to exploit the platform through bonus abuse, collusion, chargebacks, or fraudulent deposits will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances pending investigation.
rich1988 provides deposit limits, loss limits, session limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion to all members. These tools are available in account settings and take effect immediately when activated.
In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:
The rich1988 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. rich1988 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age shall be immediately closed and any funds returned via the original deposit method, net of any withdrawals already processed.
It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your access to and use of the rich1988 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. rich1988 makes no representation that its services are legally available in all jurisdictions. If you access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, you do so at your own risk and rich1988 bears no liability in respect of such access.
All information submitted during account registration — including full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and payment details — must be accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. rich1988 may request verification documents including, without limitation, a copy of your NRIC, passport, or utility bill. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account restriction or closure.
Each individual may register only one account on the rich1988 platform. The existence of multiple accounts attributed to the same individual, IP address, device, or payment method may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds therein, including winnings.
rich1988 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any stage. Accounts that fail verification may be suspended and funds withheld pending satisfactory completion of identity checks.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rich1988 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. rich1988 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
You must notify rich1988 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. rich1988 may suspend your account pending investigation upon receipt of such notification.
All transactions, bets, and activities conducted through your account are deemed to have been authorised by you. If you believe a transaction was made without your authorisation, contact rich1988 support immediately. rich1988 reserves the right to void any bets or transactions made under circumstances that suggest account compromise, at its sole discretion.
An account is deemed dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (defined as no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager activity). rich1988 reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of up to RM 30 per month on dormant accounts following a 30-day written notice to the registered email address. You may reactivate a dormant account by contacting customer support.
rich1988 accepts deposits via approved Malaysian payment methods including, but not limited to, Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, Boost, GrabPay, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Connect. Available payment methods may change from time to time at rich1988's discretion without prior notice.
Minimum deposit amounts are specified at the point of deposit initiation and may vary by payment method. rich1988 does not charge deposit processing fees on standard Malaysian payment methods; however, your payment service provider may impose its own transaction fees.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the technical constraints of each payment method. Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification prior to processing. rich1988 targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for verified accounts using supported e-wallet methods; bank transfer timings are subject to the recipient bank's processing schedule.
Funds derived from bonus credits may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. rich1988 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of any outstanding KYC (Know Your Customer) or AML (Anti-Money Laundering) verification checks. Funds involved in active investigations shall not be released until such investigations are concluded.
All transactions on the rich1988 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). rich1988 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and shall not be liable for any exchange rate losses incurred by Members using non-MYR payment instruments.
For anti-money laundering compliance, rich1988 requires that withdrawals be processed to the same payment method as the original deposit where technically feasible. Source of funds documentation may be requested for large withdrawals.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and promotional offers made available by rich1988 are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each individual promotion. In the event of conflict between a promotion's specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail solely with respect to that promotion.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in each promotion's terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and associated winnings cannot be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100% while live dealer games and table games may contribute at a lower percentage or not at all, as specified per promotion.
rich1988 prohibits the exploitation of bonuses through techniques including, without limitation: opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; placing opposing bets ("hedging") to guarantee bonus clearance regardless of outcome; using bonus funds in a manner designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk; or colluding with other accounts to exchange bonus value. rich1988 reserves the right to void any winnings and close any account where bonus abuse is suspected or confirmed.
Promotions at rich1988 are offered at the Platform's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Eligibility for specific promotions may be subject to account history, deposit method, geographic location, or other criteria as determined by rich1988.
All casino games available on the rich1988 platform are operated by certified third-party game providers. RNG-based games use independently audited random number generators certified by recognised testing laboratories. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in licensed studios. rich1988 makes no independent determination of game outcomes and is not responsible for errors or malfunctions originating from game provider software.
Sportsbook bets placed on the rich1988 platform are governed by the sportsbook rules applicable at the time the bet is placed. In the event of a match or event being cancelled, postponed, or declared void, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sportsbook rules. rich1988 reserves the right to void or limit any bet suspected of involving irregular activity or price errors.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a gaming session, any bet or wager affected by the malfunction shall be void. rich1988 shall not be liable for any loss of winnings or game progress attributable to a technical failure on the part of the Member's device or internet connection.
In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, rich1988's records shall be deemed conclusive in the absence of manifest error. Disputes must be raised in writing via the official support channel within seven (7) calendar days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rich1988 platform. Violation may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
All content on the rich1988 platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, and interface design — is the proprietary property of rich1988 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the rich1988 platform without prior written consent.
rich1988 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, the terms of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. rich1988 will not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or legitimate business necessity. rich1988 endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. rich1988 shall not be liable for any loss of gaming opportunity or winnings resulting from platform unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rich1988 excludes all liability for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
In all circumstances where rich1988 is found liable to a Member, rich1988's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to their rich1988 account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
rich1988 is not liable for errors, malfunctions, or inaccuracies in games supplied by third-party game providers. Disputes relating to game provider software must be escalated to the relevant provider through the dispute channels outlined in Section 6.4.
You may close your rich1988 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of bonus funds not meeting withdrawal conditions) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
rich1988 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving: violation of any provision of this Agreement; suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without legitimate cause; or provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
Upon account termination for cause, rich1988 reserves the right to withhold any and all funds held in the account pending investigation and, where fraud or abuse is established, to forfeit such funds. Where termination is initiated without cause by rich1988, real-money balances will be returned to the Member.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to rich1988's operating jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through rich1988's customer support escalation process. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter shall be referred to a mutually agreed independent arbitration process before resort to formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause prevents rich1988 from seeking emergency injunctive relief before a competent court.
rich1988 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, rich1988 will provide at least 14 days' notice via the registered email address or a prominently displayed notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. Minor amendments — including corrections, clarifications, and updates required for legal compliance — may take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the rich1988 platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date.
